About the role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Creative Producer to fuel our performance marketing engine with high-quality, insight-driven creative. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the performance growth marketing and creative teams to keep our content pipeline moving and our messaging sharp.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of existing creative to understand what is working and not working in the market
- Track competitor messaging and creative trends across the behavioral health and broader DTC healthcare landscape
- Mine intake data and free-text fields for language, pain points, and patterns that can directly inform creative
- Stay plugged into social media trends and platform shifts (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, etc.) to spot what’s resonating in real time
- Build and refine audience archetypes, personas, and segments to guide performance marketing direction
- Translate research and audience insights into creative briefs and concepts
- Produce a steady cadence of 5–10 new assets per week across formats including video, UGC-style content, static, and more
- Use AI tools and other modern production tools to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Manage multiple deliverables at once, prioritizing based on performance data and business needs
- Partner with performance marketing to test, iterate, and double down on what’s working
Requirements
- 3+ years focused on content marketing specifically, including hands-on experience overseeing organic social and other owned content channels
- A pragmatic mindset, caring more about performance and resonance than polish for polish's sake
- A genuine doer who gets things done
- The use of AI and other modern tools to produce creative work efficiently
- A genuinely curious person about people, including what motivates them, what resonates with them, and why
- Hands-on creative production experience, such as video editing or content creation
- Data-driven approach to creative decisions, pulling insights from surveys, intake data, and performance metrics
- The ability to manage complexity across multiple projects and formats while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A deep passion for mental health and a desire to make a difference in people's lives
- A strong social media presence with a keen eye for trends
