Responsibilities
- Hire and train the right team members for the right roles.
- Provide constructive feedback, hold staff accountable, and encourage their leadership skills through coaching, opportunities, and resources.
- Grow the auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Plan and track budget forecasting models.
- Take the initiative to ask the right questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success.
- Build relationships with employees and customers alike.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant sales and customer service experience
- Previous leadership experience a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent sales skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate effectively
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for the automotive industry
Pay
Competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms up to $100,000 a year.

Schedule
