About the role

The Head of Event Services is an experienced Banquet Server who leads other employees, provides instructions, and may include training. This role is responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offerings for the event. Tasks may include laying out the tablecloths and setting tables, designing food stations, and managing beverage service. Other responsibilities include general banquet preparation, room renovation, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Requirements

A true desire to meet the needs of others in an accelerated environment. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate loads. Experience and deep understanding of banquet service are required.
