About the role
The Head of Event Services is an experienced Banquet Server who leads other employees, gives instructions, and may include training. They are responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offerings for the event. Tasks may include laying out the tablecloths and preparing tables, designing food stations, and managing beverage service. Other responsibilities include general banquet preparation, room renovations, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
