Position Overview
OWT Global LLC is seeking eight (8) JCU Cadre members to serve as subject-matter experts and advanced instructors in support of the Joint C-UAS University (JCU) and JIATF-401 Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) training operations. Cadre will project JCU-standardized instruction and advanced tactical instructional capabilities directly to individual installations via Mobile Training Teams, supporting Domestic Shield operational training, JIATF-401 new personnel onboarding, Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) training, and Joint Force C-sUAS training integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject-matter expert cadre for Counter-sUAS tactics, techniques, procedures, and doctrine under the Joint C-UAS University framework.
- Deliver advanced tactical instruction and practical exercises that project JCU-standardized content to operational units and installations.
- Support curriculum development, validation, and continuous improvement of JCU training products.
- Mentor MTT Instructors and students to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of C-sUAS training.
- Evaluate student and unit performance against operational C-sUAS standards.
- Contribute to the responsive operational training pipeline that prioritizes force readiness and site-specific customization over fixed academic residency models.
- Coordinate with the MTT Synchronization Cell, Training Operations Coordinators, Curriculum Integration Specialist, and NCR Trainers.
- Maintain personal proficiency and currency in current C-sUAS threats, systems, and defensive tactics.
- Uphold security, safety, and operational standards during all training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior operational experience in Counter-UAS, air defense, base defense, or related C-sUAS mission areas strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant operational or instructional experience with demonstrated cadre/instructor background.
- Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred); U.S. Citizen.
- Experience delivering training in a joint or interagency environment preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Direct experience with Joint C-UAS University doctrine, Domestic Shield, or JIATF-401 training constructs.
- Experience as cadre or advanced instructor in a specialized operational training pipeline.
- Strong coaching, evaluation, and curriculum feedback skills.
- Familiarity with current small UAS threats and counter-UAS systems/tactics.
Clearance & Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred); U.S. Citizen.
Location
Fort Sill is the primary duty station, with travel as required for MTTs or exercises.
