We are seeking a highly experienced full stack technical architect with 12+ years of software engineering experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Angular 20, with hands-on experience building secure, scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end application architecture.
  • Establish development standards, branching strategies, code review frameworks, and security best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple development teams.
  • Drive architectural governance, review critical code paths, and ensure adherence to quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to client stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex technical decisions into business outcomes.
  • Mentor development leads and engineers, driving technical excellence.
  • Manage architectural risks and technical debt.
  • Ensure delivery of business-critical applications within aggressive timelines while meeting defined SLAs and performance objectives.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $106,230 to $145,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
