Face to face interview in Manhattan NY Role: Java Lead Developer Location: Manhattan NY (Hybrid) Duration: Contract 12+ months Job Description Strong Coding experience The role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native architecture, AI/GenAI, data platforms, and enterprise integration. Will work across engineering, product, data science, security, and business teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and AI-enabled technology solutions. Lead architecture and development of highly scalable Java/J2EE and Spring Boot applications. Define standards and reference architectures for microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems. Design highly available and fault-tolerant services capable of supporting high-volume transaction environments. Provide technical leadership in areas including concurrency, performance optimization, caching, resiliency, and distributed transactions. Establish reusable Java frameworks, libraries, design patterns, and engineering standards. Design AI workflows that integrate enterprise data, business rules, APIs, and decision engines.
