Java Tech Lead

Job Title: Java Tech LeadLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a full-stack technical leader to guide the design and delivery of modern application features across backend and frontend environments. Our team is supporting a long-term initiative that values strong architecture, dependable delivery, and collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product partners. ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of end-to-end application features across backend services and frontend applications.Own architecture decisions spanning APIs, UI state management, performance, security, and scalability.Design and build backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend components while promoting coding standards and best practices.Support testing, observability, CI/CD collaboration, production support, and technical mentorship across the team. RequiredExperience with Java 21, Spring, and Angular or React.Experience with Oracle, No-SQL databases, Kafka, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.Ability to work fully on-site as space is available, with potential to start hybrid as a contractor and move to fully on-site upon conversion.Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.Open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.Preferred: experience with Flowable or another BPMN tool.
