Job Description

• 10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance
• Self-starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation Management
• Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore Team
• Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in Mexico
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies
• As and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principles
• Should have understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances
