Commercial Banking Coordinator (OnSite)
Responsibilities
- Act as a lead coordinator for commercial loan closings by preparing, reviewing, and validating closing documentation packages to ensure all compliance and policy requirements are satisfied.
- Serve as a documentation liaison between Commercial Banking Officers and Loan Operations, ensuring seamless post-closing follow-up and resolution of outstanding conditions or documentation gaps.
- Develop internal and external communications including board-level memorandum, legal correspondence, and customer-facing letters.
- Maintain sensitive financial records and client files in compliance with data governance and bank confidentiality standards using enterprise document management systems.
- Analyze, prepare, and distribute complex reports for executive review, including materials for internal audit and Board of Director review.
- Support commercial customers with high-touch service regarding loan inquiries, transaction execution, and account maintenance.
- Manage ledger entries and ensure accurate processing of commercial loan transactions, including payments, deposits, and internal transfers.
- Provide operational support to department leadership through special projects, process enhancements, meeting coordination, and strategic initiatives.
