Java FullStack Engineer - Jersey City, NJ
NTT DATA is seeking a Java FullStack Engineer to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Work with public cloud and cloud-based technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate on engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Apply strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to complex customer needs and transactions
- Build and consume REST API-based integrations and microservices
- Design and develop applications in a microservices architecture
- Work with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
- Implement software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium
- Apply Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for highly resilient cloud-based applications
Requirements
- 8+ years of solid experience with Java Spring-based frameworks and libraries, preferably Spring Boot
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus
- 5+ years of experience building applications with databases like Oracle, Postgres, etc.
- Experience with microservices architecture
Pay
The starting pay range for this role is $106,000–$142,000. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
