Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead role
• Experience leading distributed teams and enterprise-scale projects
• BFSI domain experience is highly desirable for banking and financial services engagements
• Bachelor of Computer Science

Responsibilities

Leadership & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices
• Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies
• Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

Full Stack Development

• Develop backend services using:
  • Java 11+/17
  • Spring Boot
  • Microservices
  • REST APIs
  • Kafka/Messaging systems
• Develop frontend applications using:
  • Angular / React
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3
• Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks
• Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies

Project & Delivery Management

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
• Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks
• Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Quality & Governance

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing
• Ensure application security and compliance requirements are met
• Monitor production issues and lead root cause analysis activities

Pay

$110,000 to $130,000 per year
