Java Full Stack Developer Lead

About the role

UST is searching for a skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, Angular and must be comfortable working in an onshore-offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java-based applications
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
• Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases including DB2 and MongoDB
• Work with front-end technologies such as Angular and JQuery
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit
• Collaborate with global teams, participating in code reviews, design discussions, and daily stand-ups
• Utilize version control tools like Git/Bitbucket for source code management
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Java Fullstack development
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, Angular, jQuery, DB2, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Pay

Compensation range: $94,000-$141,000 (varies by specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience).
