Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software systems and applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design.
• Collaborate in design meetings, analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.
• Create technical specifications based on business needs and design concepts.
• Serve as technical expert, evaluate new technologies, and maintain documentation.
• Manage project risks, provide updates, troubleshoot code errors, and ensure project progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with UI design and performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
• Strong programming, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with Medicaid/Healthcare projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
