The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of company facilities. This role performs routine janitorial and facility support duties while helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of offices, production areas, and common spaces
- Maintain facility appearance and organization
- Handle waste removal and recycling
- Perform basic grounds maintenance and exterior cleanliness
- Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Monitor facility supply inventory and restock janitorial, breakroom, kitchen, restroom, and other common area supplies as needed
