LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for individuals to join our team as a Janitorial Technician in Dunwoody, GA. This position is responsible for activities related to the daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility and grounds as well as ordering, receiving and expensing supplies. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver's eligibility requirementsAbility to use various floor care machines and other electronic equipment necessary to facilitate daily cleaning and maintenanceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsInteract professionally with all customers, both external and internalAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingTwo years of facilities experience preferredCommercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferredKnowledge of building and grounds maintenance, including the daily and overall upkeep of all assigned areas preferred Who We Are LifeSouth is a non-profit community blood bank serving more than 150 hospitals in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
