Janitorial Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all staff follow safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Hold staff accountable for "re-cleans." If an inspection fails, ensure the original cleaner corrects the work immediately to reinforce standards.
• Ensure staff are on time and that the attendance policy is being implemented.
• Train new staff on cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Lead by example by performing cleaning tasks to the highest standard and stepping in to clean when needed.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all areas of the facility, including holiday and emergency staffing.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff disputes or personnel issues.
• Communicate honestly, consistently, and transparently with the immediate MRI Area Manager about staff performance, attendance, and areas of improvement.
• Ensure staff stay within compliance of the site's strict phone and badging policies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out.

$19.50 per hour.

Schedule

FT M-F, 5 days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours total.
