The Porter position is available for those seeking to join a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic team. Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is the largest privately held provider of facility services in North America, serving over 2 billion square feet of space daily. This role involves providing excellent cleaning services, interacting with customers, and maintaining customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent cleaning services, often requiring interaction with customers and prioritizing work based on customer needs.
• Work in high-volume and heavy traffic sites, or as an onsite individual crew member, ensuring daily customer interaction and fulfillment of related requests.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while executing janitorial duties.
• Lead and provide solutions to various problems.
• Perform other duties as directed by the manager.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walking in and around the facility frequently throughout the shift.
• Standing and walking for up to 10-12 hours.
• Carrying out detailed or written instructions.
• Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical handling sheets.
• Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers.

$15.49 per hour
