These are hourly, non‑exempt positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent cleaning services and interact with customers to prioritize work based on daily needs.
• Work in high‑volume, heavy‑traffic sites or as an on‑site individual crew member.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while executing customer requests and meeting daily janitorial duties.
• Apply broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to lead and provide solutions to various problems.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to walk in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours.
• Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may be in Spanish where state required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Must download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on a personal device for clocking in/out, attendance, training, and employment‑related information.
• Cell phone reimbursement is provided for use of personal devices for work‑related tasks.

Pay

Starting Pay: $17.0 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts Available: Friday to Tuesday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am; 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
