About the role

The Porter position is available at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), a leading provider of facility services in North America. This role is part of a dynamic team that supports various industries including retail, industrial, healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent cleaning services, often interacting with customers and prioritizing work based on customer needs.
• Work in high-volume and heavy traffic sites, or as an onsite individual crew member, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfilling related requests.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while executing daily janitorial duties.
• Lead and solve various problems as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by the manager.

Requirements

• Able to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk frequently throughout the shift.
• Carry out detailed or written instructions.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical handling sheets.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
