Janitorial Operations Manager

Janitorial Night Manager to lead overnight cleaning operations for commercial and institutional facilities. Responsible for overseeing janitorial staff, assigning tasks, and inspecting work to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained environments. Key Duties Manage and coordinate janitorial team activities to deliver consistent, high-quality serviceAssign work, inspect completed areas, and address issues to maintain standardsTrain team members on safety procedures and proper equipment useMonitor and manage cleaning supplies and related inventoryRespond promptly to client requests and ensure service satisfactionComplete required nightly reports and support staffing and operational needsPromote a culture of safety, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Leadership ability with experience supervising or coordinating cleaning teamsStrong attention to detail and quality inspection skillsKnowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment operationEffective communication and responsiveness to client needsAbility to manage supplies and maintain organized documentation
