Janitorial/General Cleaner - San Antonio

About the role

General Cleaner – you’ll be a frontline essential worker, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities using 4M’s state‑of‑the‑art cleaning and disinfecting practices with green‑sealed certified supplies and equipment. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green‑sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Serve as the facility’s extra set of eyes by reporting necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips as they are noticed.
• Be the friendly, reliable, courteous, and resourceful face of 4M.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required – training will be provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Compliance with social‑distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation.
• For specialty positions: valid driver’s license, relevant experience, and personal vehicle.

Hours: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.
