Position Summary

• Performs team tasks at the site and ensures that team tasks are fully executed at the site.
• Interacts with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provides direction and task coordination for the assigned crew.
• Ensures crew members understand and are aware of their responsibilities according to each policy.
• Collaborates with the crew to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations and resolves deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assists the supervisor or zone manager with new hires and training.
• Ensures team members have the information and tools to do their job effectively; provides clarity and supports team members' success.
• May assist the supervisor or zone manager with interviews and training.
• Motivates the crew; interacts regularly with crew members to provide support and clarity and leads by example.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning operations and distribution center environments is preferred.
• 1-3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safe handling sheets/documents (generally in English; may have them in Spanish when required by state).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented, friendly and positive attitude with the ability to motivate team members and support client requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• KBS uses the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software to accurately record employee work hours, manage attendance, complete required training, and distribute important job information. All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out of shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local law, a cell phone use reimbursement is offered to support the use of personal devices for work tasks.
