Position Summary

The Crew Lead performs team tasks on site and ensures that team tasks are fully executed on site. Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed. Provide direction and coordination of tasks for the assigned crew. Ensure crew members understand and know their responsibilities according to each policy. The Crew Lead collaborates with the crew to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations and resolves deficiencies in a timely manner. The Crew Lead assists the supervisor or zone manager with new hires and training. Ensure team members have the information and tools to do their jobs effectively; provide clarity and support team members' success. May assist the supervisor or zone manager with interviews and training. The Crew Lead motivates the crew; regularly interacts with crew members to provide support and clarity and leads by example.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning operations and distribution center environments preferred
• 1-3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safe handling sheets/documents (generally in English; may have them in Spanish when required by state)
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions
• Customer service oriented, friendly and positive attitude with the ability to motivate team members and support client requests in an orderly and timely manner
• Must download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on personal mobile devices to clock in/out of shifts and breaks; reimbursement for cell phone use is offered in accordance with applicable local law

Pay & Schedule

• Starting salary: $20.00 per hour
• Shift available: 6:00 AM
