Janitorial commercial cleaning technician

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, removing trash and disinfecting surfaces daily
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 2 hours consecutively
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Commercial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory
• Must be able to work independently and without daily supervision
