Janitorial Associate
About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment. Location: Wal-Mart #1537, 1270 YORK RD, GETTYSBURG, PA, 17325, US.
Responsibilities
Ensure store cleanliness from parking lot to restrooms and receiving area; maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Schedule
Part‑time position with available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.
