Qualifications
- 4–6 years of dedicated management-side labor law experience
- First-chair experience in grievance arbitration matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and lead proceedings
- Experience practicing before the NLRB, with first-chair hearing experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Strong writing skills; writing samples may be requested
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience representing clients in grievance arbitration hearings, and unfair labor practice proceedings
- Advising clients on union organizing campaigns
- Supporting collective bargaining negotiations
- Providing management training on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
- Collaborating with a national team of labor attorneys on complex matters
Pay
The expected annual salary range for this position is $285,000 - $345,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills.
