Janitorial Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Janitorial Account Manager with a coach-focused leadership style to lead operations for two premier accounts in the Nashville, TN area. An additional account is expected to be added soon.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for 11 dedicated employees across multiple shifts
• Conduct site walk-throughs and quality audits to ensure client expectations are met
• Upskill supervisors and foster a "win-together" culture
• Manage key performance indicators, labor tracking, and supply ordering
• Seamlessly integrate a third account into your portfolio as we expand

Requirements

• 2–5 years of management experience (Janitorial/Facilities preferred)
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience managing teams in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or hospitality environments
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
