Job Description
As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. This role involves supervising, coaching, and training Team Members, developing rapport with the client contact, planning and preparing work schedules, implementing 4M Operational Playbook, maintaining accurate building/facility records, and promoting a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervising, coaching, and training Team Members
- Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
- Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
- Implement 4M Operational Playbook
- Maintain accurate building/facility records
- Promote a safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- Strong drive for results
- A sense of urgency
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to lead an operations team for a specific client
- Able to analyze issues and create solutions
