Janitor Technician - Night Shift

About the Role

The Customer Care Technician works in a biomedical laboratory and manufacturing facility, performing a variety of environmental service duties to support our customers. This includes caring for offices, common areas, and maintaining the sterility of laboratories, equipment, and storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, warehouses, and storage areas to ensure the facility is in good condition for daily activities.
• Ensure all laboratories and equipment are clean, disinfected, and ready for the production and testing of sterile medical products.
• Stock and organize supplies for all required areas.
• Operate Microsoft Applications (for charting, email, training, etc.) and other computer-based systems utilized in the facility.
• Follow standard procedures and execute activities independently and in a team environment.
• Complete documentation in a regulated environment, including logbooks, training, and communication with other groups on equipment maintenance and special cleanings.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience performing housekeeping, custodial, or sanitization responsibilities in a medical, laboratory, or clean room environment.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day in a physically active role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, hardworking team player.
• Ability to use Microsoft computer applications for communication, emails, and training.
• Ability to pass a full physical and drug test to work in a physically active role.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Pay

Compensation Range - $20-$25/hr

Schedule

3rd shift: 5pm Sunday - Thursday
