Key Responsibilities

  • Cleans common areas: Sweeps, mops, and sanitizes floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
  • Replenishes supplies: Stocks and monitors cleaning supplies and inventory.
  • Disposes waste: Collects and disposes of trash and recycling materials.
  • Reports maintenance issues: Identifies and communicates maintenance needs or repair requests.
  • Follows cleaning protocols: Adheres to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assists with ordering janitorial supplies.

Pay

Estimated hourly base pay: $17.31 - $22.60. Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
