About The Role

Janitors are essential for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Their responsibilities include basic cleaning, minor maintenance, inventory management, and security tasks. They play a crucial role in ensuring facilities are ready for all users.

• Clean and sanitize various areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, and conducting facility inspections.
• Ensure restrooms and cleaning stations are stocked with necessary supplies and report inventory needs to the purchasing department.
• Handle outdoor tasks like sweeping walkways and removing litter.
• Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks such as waxing floors, shampooing carpets, and cleaning exterior windows.

Additional Expectations:

• Comply with the Code of Conduct and Policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Awareness of product compliance and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and market demands.
• Report concerns related to the Compliance Management System to supervisors or the Leadership Team.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Previous janitorial experience is a plus.
• An attention to detail for identifying areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
• Physical stamina for tasks requiring lifting, bending, stooping, walking, and standing.
• Effective time management to complete tasks within designated hours.
• Adaptability to handle new demands and unexpected situations.
