Janitor 2nd Shift

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains the supplies and appearance of the assigned buildings.
• Cleans building interior and exterior areas.
• Meeting room set up and breakdown.
• Retrieves UPS shipments.
• Maintains supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Provides manual assistance as needed.
• Maintains building grounds.
• Notifies managers of needed repairs.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

• Janitorial experience is preferred.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Working Conditions

• Office and Warehouse environment.
• Some time spent in an outdoor environment.
• The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 80 lbs is required.
• Exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
