Responsibilities
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and windows.
- Sweep, vacuum, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors.
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; dust and polish surfaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms.
- Maintains the cleanliness of refrigerators.
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Trash collection and compacting.
- Light snow removal/spreading of salt near entrances.
- Understands safety precautions when using chemical cleaners and working around powered machinery and heavy equipment.
- Reports low inventory of supplies to department manager.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Clear communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 45 pounds and full range of motion.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, have full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
