Jail Coordinator
Job Summary
The Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Jail Coordinator is responsible for delivering treatment, and discharge planning services to identified Gila County Jail Program Patients. Jail Coordinator is responsible for assisting inmates with jail release planning and coordinating into behavioral health services. Jail Coordinator will participate in a weekly staffing with probation and Jail staff to provide updates on each patient and coordinate care.
Education And Experience Required
- 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health or substance abuse.
