We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Position Title: J1 Electrician – New Bern, NC - Pay Rate $40.98 /hr. - Category/Shift Hourly Full-Time Days (7am- 3pm Monday – Friday) - About The Role: description. - Duties include... (list of duties) - About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: requirements. - Must be willing to meet... (list of requirements) - It is preferred that candidates have... (list of preferred skills/experience) - About Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF): description. - Why GCF ... (culture) - We’ve Got You Covered ... benefits list. - Physical Location of Position: New Bern Mill address. - EEO etc (remove). - Also mention "Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule" etc. We need sections: About the role (we have About The Role). Responsibilities: we have duties list. Requirements: we have mandatory requirements (age, education, eligibility, experience, willingness to meet etc). Qualifications: maybe we can combine? But we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Pay: we have Pay Rate $40.98/hr. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: we have Category/Shift Hourly Full-Time Days (7am- 3pm Monday – Friday) and also mention work any shift/rotating shift schedule, overtime, holidays/weekends. So we have schedule info. Benefits: we have benefits list (Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term and Long-term Disability, 401(k) and Company-funded retirement contributions, Paid Time Off). So Benefits section. Skills: we have preferred skills/experience list (Associates degree or certification, relevant work experience, Critical Thinking, Team Player, Dependability, Self-Motivation). Also we have Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities section (mandatory). Could treat that as Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid duplication. Let's map: - About the role: description paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Instrumentation and Electrician tasks). - Requirements: mandatory requirements (age, education, eligibility, experience (3 years instrumentation OR electrical), willingness to meet conditions (industrial conditions, testing, drug screen, health assessment, shift work, overtime, holidays, safety equipment)). - Qualifications: maybe we could include preferred qualifications (Associates degree, etc.) but that's more like Skills. Could treat as Skills section. - Skills: list of preferred skills/experience (Associates degree, relevant work experience, Critical Thinking, Team Player, Dependability, Self-Motivation). - Benefits: list. - Pay: $40.98/hr. - Schedule: shift details (7am-3pm Mon-Fri, full-time, willingness to work any shift/rotating, overtime, holidays/weekends). We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

for J1 Electrician. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodations contact, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can format as lists. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

  • Other duties as assigned
But note we have duplicated "Other duties as assigned" appears twice; we can keep both or combine? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines? The instruction says: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate identical lines. The duplicated "Other duties as assigned" appears twice; we should keep only one. Also maybe other duplicates? Let's check. The duties list includes two blocks: Instrumentation duties and Electrician duties, each ending with "Other duties as assigned". Those are separate contexts but same phrase. Are they considered duplicated lines? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. Likely they mean exact duplicate lines that are repeated verbatim elsewhere in the posting (like boilerplate). The "Other duties as assigned" appears in both sections; it's a duplicate line. Should we remove one? Probably yes, to avoid duplication. We'll keep one instance. Thus we need to combine duties into a single list without duplicating that line. We need to ensure we keep all other duties. Let's extract duties precisely: Instrumentation duties: - Instrumentation Troubleshoot, configure, maintain:PLC Systems - Single loop controls for various field systems - Instillation, calibration, troubleshooting various manufactures of analog and SMART instruments and analytical equipment - Shop and field repair of final control elements such as pneumatic valves, electric valves, solenoid operated valves, calibration of pneumatic and SMART valve positioners - Routine and regulatory calibration of field instruments for boilers and environmental systems - Troubleshoot, maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems - Read and redline loop sheets, P&IDs - Read and interpret wiring diagrams & electrical schematics - Understand and follow NFPA70E regulations involving Arc Flash and Shock hazards Electrician duties: - Troubleshoot, install, repair AC and DC drive systems as well as stand-alone process drives of various manufacturers - Troubleshoot, install, maintain various electrical components such as mechanical limit, proximity, photo electric, speed and reflective switches - Reading and interpreting electrical schematics - Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on 480v thru 13.8kv power distribution switchgear - Understand and follow NFPA70E regulations involving Arc Flash and Shock hazards Note: "Reading and interpreting electrical schematics" appears also in Instrumentation duties? Actually Instrumentation duties had "Read and interpret wiring diagrams & electrical schematics". Slightly different phrasing. Not duplicate. "Understand and follow NFPA70E regulations involving Arc Flash and Shock hazards" appears in both blocks; duplicate line. So we should keep only one. Thus responsibilities list will have all unique items. Now Requirements: mandatory requirements. From About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - At least 18 years of age - Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience - Eligible for employment in the US - And One Of The Following: - At least three (3) years of work experience in INSTRUMENTATION systems; OR - At least three (3) years of work experience in ELECTRICAL systems - Must be willing to meet the following requirements: - Work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces, and confined spaces (with proper safety training and safety protection) - Undergo technical online testing, interview, and a formal hands-on assessment of skills - Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment - Undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment - Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment - Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule - Work overtime on a regular basis and with last-minute notification - Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis - Wear required safety equipment We should keep all. Now Skills (preferred): - It is preferred that candidates have the following skills and/or experience(s): - Associates degree or certification(s) in Industrial Maintenance or other related disciplines within instrumentation/electrical. - Relevant work experience in an industrial environment. - Critical Thinking – Analyze and use logic to address issues - Team Player – Collaborate and work cooperatively across a multifunctional team - Dependability – Being reliable, responsible, and dependable - Self-Motivation – Exerting effort towards training to move up to next position and accepting feedback to make improvements or take corrective action We can list as

. We are proud to offer a variety of benefits to support our employees and their families, including: - Medical, Dental, Life insurance - Flexible Spending Accounts - Short-term and Long-term Disability - 401(k) and Company-funded retirement contributions - Paid Time Off We should keep that. Now Pay: $40.98/hr. Now Schedule: - Category/Shift Hourly Full-Time Days (7am- 3pm Monday – Friday) - Also mention: Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule (already in requirements). But schedule section should reflect the shift details: full-time, days 7am-3pm Mon-Fri, plus note about willingness to work any shift/rotating, overtime, holidays/weekends. However those are also in requirements; but we can still include schedule section with the base schedule and note about flexibility. We must not create placeholder text. So we include actual content. Now About Global Cellulose Fibers description and Why GCF etc. Those are not covered by any of the headings we have (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Should we include them? The instruction says to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It does not require us to include sections like "About the company". The allowed headings are limited to those listed. So we should not create extra headings like "About the company". We must either incorporate that info into existing sections if appropriate, or drop it. The instruction: "Prefer a few
