About the role

Help shape the future of Wealth Management by turning the latest AI advancements into measurable impact for advisors and clients. Lead the strategy and design of AI initiatives across Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive AI strategy for Wealth Management aligned to business goals and growth
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, advisor productivity, and client service
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to design, build, and integrate AI solutions across the business
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on emerging AI trends, capabilities, and best practices
  • Collaborate with advisors and field leaders to translate needs into actionable AI initiatives
  • Monitor solution effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve outcomes
  • Champion a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading AI strategy and solution design, ideally in financial services or wealth management
  • Expertise across Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and automation technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful AI use cases in complex environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engaging advisors and field leaders
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Located in New York with minimal to no travel required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience building AI roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
  • Familiarity with best practices for responsible AI adoption and governance
  • Track record of driving a culture of innovation within an organization
