Responsibilities
- Facilitate accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades
- Aid Advisors in building and maintaining client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information
- Support Advisors in ongoing wealth planning, referral source management, and new lead generation
- Manage relationship and account reviews, promote firm services, and prepare performance reports
- Engage in risk management, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews, and inquiries
- Maintain and foster a positive team culture
Requirements
- A valid and active Series 7 license or obtain one within 120 days of employment
- If registered after October 1, 2018, must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role
- Prioritize daily work, track progress, and meet deadlines
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Knowledge of investment and insurance products, as well as familiarity with regulatory compliance, are beneficial.
