About the role

J.P. Morgan Chase is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through a variety of investment solutions. As a Private Client Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting Private Client Advisors by facilitating operational requests, building client relationships, and managing client reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate accurately and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades
  • Aid Advisors in building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information
  • Aid Advisors in ongoing wealth planning for clients and referral source management, as well as new lead generation
  • Manage relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely and accurate performance reports
  • Engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures, Account Reviews, and Inquiries
  • Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements (e.g., completion of required operational forms and documentation)
  • Prioritize daily work, track progress for current work, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Maintain and foster a positive team culture

Requirements

A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment. If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam is also required. A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
