Responsibilities

  • Support Advisors’ book of business by facilitating accurate and timely operational requests such as account openings, money movements, and investment trades.
  • Aid Advisors in building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information.
  • Assist Advisors in ongoing wealth planning for clients, referral source management, and new lead generation.
  • Manage relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely and accurate performance reports.
  • Engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews, and inquiries.
  • Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements (e.g., completion of required operational forms and documentation).
  • Prioritize daily work, track progress for current work, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

A valid and active Series 7 license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment. If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required. A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Pay

Base salary is determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation may also be awarded.
