IVR Cath Lab Tech II

About the role

Department: Cardiac Cath/EP Lab. Shift: Day. Working Hours: 4-10's 0630-1700 with Call.

Responsibilities

• Function independently during cases.
• Utilize proper sterile technique.
• Maintain radiation safety.
• Demonstrate proficiency in procedure data recording.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, other staff, management, and all hospital employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiography or cardiovascular tech program.
• ARRT certification, or RCVT/RCIS.
• Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license or a limited scope license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of Cath Lab or IVR experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Actively taking call.
• Cath Lab/EP Lab positions require ACLS certification; IVR positions are recommended to have ACLS.

Schedule
