ITLS Technician
Overview
This is an entry level position. The purpose of the IT Lifecycle Services (ITLS) Depot Tech is to work alongside, and under the guidance of, the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs as well as provide field related support on projects.
Responsibilities
- Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders
- Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management
- Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders
- Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts
- Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Ability to pursue a professional growth path aligned with corporate and departmental initiatives, Solid Communication skills, Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Desired / Preferred Qualifications: CompTia A+, Microsoft MCP/MTA or equivalent certifications, Microsoft Office skills, Associate level degree
