IT-Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct cabling, computer setup in cleanroom manufacturing factory.
• First line issue identification and recovery of the factory automation system following procedures.
• Help to maintain and improve existing fully automated factory system functionalities by working with engineers and users on system testing and upgrade.
• Answer helpdesk calls to help internal users with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Aid IT engineers working on special projects and assignments.

Requirements

• AS or AA in Technology/Engineering related field
• 1-2 years Helpdesk, PC tech support, or network experience
• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Team player with flexibility, positive attitude, and open mind to learn new technologies

Work Location & Schedule

On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

The starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level.
