ITGBL international coordinator

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assigns approved origin agents to pack shipments in mainland USA or around the world
• Coordinate door to door logistics for household goods shipments, including pickup, packing, transportation (ocean & air freight), storage, and delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns throughout the move process
• Book air & ocean transportation using cost analysis
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipment documentation (estimates, inventories, ocean bills of lading, AWBs, delivery receipts, etc.)
• Maintain shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, damages, or service issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations
• Track shipment costs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’+ of experience in logistics, transportation, moving services, or relocation coordination preferred
• Must have ITGBL experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working in a networked environment using Windows and/or Windows like interface using Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at a proficient level
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

$55k - $65k depending on experience
