Items Analyst - Level 2 - Fort Worth TX

About the role

This position supports the F-35 Sustainment Supply Item Management team by managing systems, driving process improvements, and collaborating across teams to support sustainment operations. The role involves leading day-to-day activities, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and serving as the voice of supply to ensure successful delivery of commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize systemic action items, ensuring timely resolution and process improvements
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, integrating with engineering, logistics, and supply teams to drive efficiency
• Monitor and escalate key inhibitors, providing leadership with insights and recommended solutions
• Oversee the repair life cycle of designated parts, managing all pre- and post-repair actions
• Analyze and manage Target Stock Levels (TSLs), ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs
• Process and fulfill customer demands, coordinating supply chain actions to support mission success

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders to produce outcomes and drive results
• Experience with data analytics and tracking metrics on program performance
• Inventory and/or parts management and/or program management experience

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $59,900.00 – $111,300.00
