Role Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit DD 250 documentation to Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) acceptance
- Lead Product Data Review Board (PDRB) meetings with Contracts, Quality, and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Track PDRB attendance, issues, and corrective actions
- Cross-functional coordination with Contracts, Quality, Global Supply Chain, Shipping & Receiving, and Production Planning & Control
- Communicate status updates to the Integrated Product Team, program leadership, and the customer across all sites
- Interpret contract terms, flag potential delivery impediments, and drive timely resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory using SAP/ERP (or other program's inventory management system)
- Perform receipt, storage, accountability, and shipment of contractor-acquired and government-owned hardware
- Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) & Government Property (GP) regulations
- Generate weekly/monthly logistics status reports (e.g. inventory, shipment dates, outstanding DD 250s)
- Provide ad hoc analyses for sustainment planning and demand forecasting
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation
- Participate in lessons learned sessions after major deliveries to capture best practices
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to produce clear DD 250 packages and concise status briefs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams across geographic locations
