IT-Vice President, IT Infrastructure, Field Services, Cybersecurity & Workplace Productivity

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader to oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, field services, and workplace productivity across a large, multi-location retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing technology operations supporting 1,500+ locations and a growing corporate workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user technology strategy
• Ensure a strong security posture and compliance with industry requirements
• Drive modernization across cloud, retail/edge, and workplace productivity platforms
• Oversee field services and IT support to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience
• Implement AI-driven automation and operational improvements
• Manage budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology initiatives

Requirements

15+ years of IT infrastructure and operations leadership experience
Deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance
Experience leading large, distributed technology teams
Strong background in cloud environments, ITSM, and enterprise systems
Proven ability to align technology strategy with business growth
