Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on MSP, or Field Technician Experience (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Current Industry Certifications (Preferred)
• Proficiency In Windows Server and desktop (build and migration)
• Exchange Server and O365 support
• VoIP
• Antivirus Solutions
• Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V)
• Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure)
• Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)
• Printers/Scanners
• Backups/Recovery and test restore
• Various hardware and software troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT services both remotely and on-site
• Support clients primarily in RI, with potential travel in the Tri-State area
• Maintain a self-motivated work ethic
• Possess reliable transportation
• Work with various software and hardware vendors for support

Pay

$55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
