IT Technician Full Time & Part Time Positions Available

Streamline is seeking a technician with experience in the IT field. Preference given to candidates with marine-industry experience, though it is not required. We service local businesses and yachts located around the world.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily IT tasks in a professional manner
• Provide remote IT support using LogMeIn and TeamViewer
• Perform cable terminations, Ethernet terminations, patch panel termination, and rack wiring
• Configure VLANs and manage Cisco & non-Cisco networking equipment
• Support Microsoft server domains, Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and QuickBooks
• Provide PC and Apple tech support
• Run wires in tight spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and at heights
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements

• Must pass drug test and background check
• Clean and neat appearance
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
• Able to work early or late hours and weekends if needed
• Reliable means of transportation
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or working with the public
• Strong communication skills
• General knowledge of electronics equipment and basic power hand tools

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work on ladders while lifting heavy objects
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, cabinets, closets, rooftops, and in various weather conditions
• Involves standing, crawling, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, twisting, pulling, balance, ladder climbing, manual dexterity, and visual acuity

Schedule

Full-time position, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Must be willing to work weekends and nights if needed.
