IT Technician Full Time & Part Time Positions Available

Streamline Computing LLC is seeking an IT Technician with experience in the field. While experience in the marine industry is preferred, it is not required. The role involves servicing local businesses and yachts globally.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote IT support using LogMeIn and TeamViewer
• Configure VLANs and manage Cisco & Non-Cisco networking equipment
• Terminate Ethernet and cable runs, including patch panel and rack wiring
• Provide PC, Apple, and Microsoft server domain support
• Support Exchange Servers, Active Directory, and QuickBooks
• Run wires in tight spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
• Use basic power hand tools and electronics equipment
• Work in various weather conditions and at heights

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or working with the public
• Strong communication skills
• General knowledge of electronics equipment and basic power hand tools
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Clean and neat appearance
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights
• Able to work early or late hours and weekends as needed
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to travel in and out of the country

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work on ladders while lifting heavy objects
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, cabinets, closets, rooftops, and various weather conditions
• Involves standing, crawling, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, twisting, pulling, and balance
• Requires ladder climbing, manual dexterity, and visual acuity

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work weekends and nights if needed.
